You just need few minutes and only 3 ingredients to make this yummiest and delicious til chikki.


Sesame seeds / til – 1 cup

Chikki gud – 1 cup

Oil – 1 tbsp



Grease a wooden board or rolling pad and a rolling pin well, keep aside.

Take a wok and dry roast sesame seeds , by stirring continuously.

Roast till the sesame seeds are slightly changes the colour.

Switch off the flame and take out the sesame  in a dry bowl.

Take gud in an another pan , when its starts melting add oil and let the gud melts completely.

After few minutes some bubbles will appear on the top of the gud mixture, stir occasionally.

When all the bubbles are disappear  add roasted til and mix it well.

Switch off the flame . transfer this mixture to the greased plate.

Let it cool a bit, I mean for 30 second.

Using the greased rolling pin roll the chikki lightly.

Make the cutting marks on the chikki and let it be cool completely.

After cooling cut on the marks with a sharp knife and break into pieces.
