Hello all. I know I am writing a post after a long gap. First time I am facing the heat of Tamilnadu, it’s so hot. Even I want to take a long gap till the heat is reduced a bit. It’s really irritable. Kid’s vacations are also going on, they make summer even funnier. This time we decided to make a summer cooler for healthy wellthy group , and I really didn’t want to miss it.
Summer is a time to chill and to be outside all day. But, we all know that as much as our minds and souls love summer, sometimes it takes a little while for our bodies to catch up. So I have decided to make some cooler which will help to calm up and sooth body heat.
Pineapple is definitely a fruit of summer. Pineapple is a good source of vitamin C, manganese, vitamin B1, bromelain and vitamin A. bromelain is a protein-splitting enzyme which aids digestion. It has also been used to soothe burns and also acts as an anti inflammatory agent in the body.
Thanks to its cooling and soothing properties, it reduces excessive gastric acids in the body and reduces gas. Pineapple has been used to help heal bruising and ease arthritis pain as well.
Summer is all about fun. Make summer even funnier. Have pineapple salad fresh or make juices / smoothies. There are many ways to include pineapple in your diet. So what are you waiting for, go and get a pineapple right now.
