In summer mangoes, grapes, pineapple,lychee , coconut and many more fruits are available nearby hands . smoothies are also healthy and it can be enjoyed anytime in a day. The best thing is they are light, refreshing and you don’t feel weighed after having them.
The fruits are loaded with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants which help the body to prevent become dehydrated and provide energy . smoothies also take couple of minutes to prepare. They can be made with one fruit or by combining two or more fruits. So enjoy your favorite smoothie as much as you can.
Mangoes are very versatile fruit, apart from salads many desserts can be made using mangoes. Many smoothies can be made using this versatile fruit. Smoothies are believed to be made for kids, so whole milk, evaporate milk, yogurt or bananas are used to make the mango smoothie delicious and yummy. - 3/4th cup Mango puree
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 1/4th cup pineapple juice
- 7-8 no ice cubes
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
