Sweet and Spicy plum chutney

Cut the plums and discard the seeds. In a pan heat ½ tsp of oil , when oil is hot , sauté finely chopped garlic for few seconds.
Add plums and mix for a second.
Pour water along with dry chillies.
When water boils , lower the flame and cover the pan with a lid .
Cook till the plums are cooked completely and became mussy.
switch off the flame and let it be cool.
Transfer it to a blender and make a fine puree.
Again boil the puree by stirring continuously .
Boil the puree for 5 minutes till it turn into a semi thick chutney.
Add rest of the ingredients, cook for 2-3 minutes more.switch off the flame.
Cool it and enjoy.
Add sugar according to the sweetness of the plum.
Add chillies according to your tolerance.
