  1. Cut the plums and discard the seeds. In a pan heat ½ tsp of oil , when oil is hot , sauté finely chopped garlic for few seconds.
  2. Add plums and mix for a second.
  3. Pour water along with dry chillies.
  4. When water boils , lower the flame and cover the pan with a lid .
  5. Cook till the plums are cooked completely and became mussy.
  6. switch off the flame and let it be cool.
  7. Transfer it to a blender and make a fine puree.
  8. Again boil the puree by stirring continuously .
  9. Boil the puree for 5 minutes till it turn into a semi thick chutney.
  10. Add rest of the ingredients, cook for 2-3 minutes more.switch off the flame.
  11. Cool it and enjoy.
Recipe Notes

  • Add sugar according to the sweetness of the plum.
  • Add chillies according to your tolerance.
