ginger garlic paste

Soak the keema soy granules with 1/4th tsp of salt in 2 & ½ cup of warm water.
After 5 minutes squeeze the minced soy granules from the water and set aside.
Chop the onions into small pieces.
Chop the tomatoes too.
Wash, pat dry the capsicums , cut its top part .
Using a sharp knife core and carefully deseed them.
Heat oil in a pan fry the onions till they turns soft.
Add ginger garlic paste , salt, turmeric powder and fry it.
Fry till the spices cooked well and leaves side of the pan.
Add chopped tomatoes , mix for few second add minced soybean along with crumbled paneer.
Give a nice mix.
Add all other dry masala, cook for few minute more.
Sprinkle garam masala , mix and switch off the flame.
Preheat the oven at 180c for 10 minutes.
Spoon these stuffing within the peppers.
Arrange these peppers in a baking tray.
Brush the peppers with oil.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Cool and enjoy.
you can take soya granules to stuff these bell peppers , and can skip adding paneer.
you can use any of your favourite stuffing .
