  1. peel , chop kiwi into chunks.
  2. chop the apple & banana too.
  3. In a blender combine kiwi chunks, banana & apple chunks along with suagr and lil milk.
  4. Blend well till smooth and frosty.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve.
Recipe Notes


  • you can cut the amount of yogurt by half and add 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream.
  • sugar can be replaced with honey.
  • the amount of sweeter depends on the sweetness of the fruits.
