Peda is a Indian sweet which is believed as a Prasad. A well known peda is made from khoya. Making khoya is very laborious task. We all know about the khoya that is available in market nowadays. The quality of mithais( sweets) and khoya that is available in markets is questionable. The quality of peda will suffer accordingly.
Pedas are delicious and believed to be offered to lord krishna. These pedas have many variation and available in different flavors, shapes and colours.
I am sharing here a extremely easy method of making peda. That is with milk powder and condensed milk. Adding condensed milk to the pedas will give it a nice chewy texture, which make these pedas unique and tongue tickling. After trying this peda you will never hesitate to make this detectable sweet again and again at home.

Looks yummy… Thanks for sharing… Can v make it on normal gas as well??
thanks a lot. sorry dear.i never tried on gas flame. so can’t tell you surely..
but you can try my another recipe:
take same ingredients , but replace the condensed milk with heavy cream (1/2 cup + 1 tbsp) and take powder sugar around 1/2 cup (as per your taste)
In a pan, melt ghee then add cream and gradually pour milk powder. whisk till they combine well. add powder sugar then stir with a spatula till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan and become a mass.
(you can taste by making a ball, if it form a small ball then it’s ready)
remove from the pan, keep that in a plate.
let it cool down , then shape into desired shape.
