  1. Preheat the oven at 180c for 10 minutes. Grease a 8″ cake tin , dust with flour and keep it aside.
  2. Sieve all purpose flour , Baking powder and salt together for 3-4 times. Keep it aside.
  3. Grind and Powder the sugar. sieve and set aside for further use.
  4. Take powdered sugar, honey, vanilla essence and oil in a bowl. Beat the mixture to combine well at least for 1-2 minutes. pour milk and water mixture to the above batter and whisk to mix well.
  5. Add sieved ingredients to the batter. And fold well with help of a spatula.
  6. If mixture seems dry then add more milk and water mixture and fold gently.
  7. Put this mixture in a greased baking tin. tap the tin well for 2-3 times.
  8. Bake it for 25-30 minutes till the toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Take it out from oven and rest for 10 minute.
  10. After cake cools down demold the cake , cut the enjoy !
Recipe Notes
  • As i mentioned every oven is different so check the cake after 20 minutes.
  • Water proportion depends on the quality of the flour . So add water accordingly.
