Easy Basic Vanilla Cake
1 & 1/2
All purpose flour
(you may take 2 tbsp more)
1 & 1/4th

Preheat the oven at 180c for 10 minutes. Grease a 8″ cake tin , dust with flour and keep it aside.
Sieve all purpose flour , Baking powder and salt together for 3-4 times. Keep it aside.
Grind and Powder the sugar. sieve and set aside for further use.
Take powdered sugar, honey, vanilla essence and oil in a bowl. Beat the mixture to combine well at least for 1-2 minutes. pour milk and water mixture to the above batter and whisk to mix well.
Add sieved ingredients to the batter. And fold well with help of a spatula.
If mixture seems dry then add more milk and water mixture and fold gently.
Put this mixture in a greased baking tin. tap the tin well for 2-3 times.
Bake it for 25-30 minutes till the toothpick comes out clean.
Take it out from oven and rest for 10 minute.
After cake cools down demold the cake , cut the enjoy !
As i mentioned every oven is different so check the cake after 20 minutes.
Water proportion depends on the quality of the flour . So add water accordingly.
