Instructions
Dough ::
  1. Wash spinach leaves and strain it. make puree of spinach leaves using a piece of ginger.
  2. Combine whole wheat flour, salt and spinach puree in a mixing bowl.
  3. Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough.
  4. Finally drizzle oil and mix with the dough.
  5. Cover it and set aside.
Patties ::
  1. In a mixing bowl combine grated paneer, grated potato, oat , finely chopped onion, chopped spinach leaves, coriander leaves, capsicum, lemon juice and all the dry masalas (chilli powder, turmeric, amchoor powder, chat masala, coriander powder and salt).
  2. Combine well and divide into equal size ball.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  4. Take each ball, flatten a little , shape like tikki.
  5. Shallow fry in  hot oil till both side turn golden in colour.
  6. Be very careful while flipping the pattie, the tikkies are very delicate and soft.
  7. You can fry these tikki in a tawa using little oil.
  8. Fry all the patties and set aside.
Wrap ::
  1. Take the dough , knead it again.
  2. Heat a griddle/ tawa.
  3. Take a big lemon size ball, roll it using dry whole wheat flour(like we are making chapati).
  4. Don’t make too thin, roll like we make regular chapati.
  5. Place this spinach chapati on the hot tawa, cook both sides.
  6. Let the brown spot appear on both the sides.
  7. Take it out and make chapaties with rest of the dough.
Assembling ::
  1. Take a spinach chapatti, spread mayo and finely chopped onion, lemon juice.
  2. Place a tikki then add tomato ketchup.
  3. Roll the wrap and serve.
