Ata coconut cookies
1 & 1/2
whole wheat flour
(take any brand)
(1 cup can be taken)
Sieve whole wheat flour, salt and baking soda thrice, keep aside.
Preheat the oven at 180°c.
Cream butter , sugar and cardamom powder till they mix well.
Add coconut powder to it and cream them well.
Finally pour sieved ingredients and mix with a spatula.
Now take some portion from the dough and shape it as you like. Repeat with rest of the dough.
Keep them in a cookies sheet, keeping little gap in between. Bake them for 20-25 minutes till the cookies turn light brown in colour.
Cool them and keep them in an airtight container. Enjoy with tea or coffee.
