Sometimes some quick preparations yield the richest and yummiest result. Yes I am talking about the rich and classy, melt in mouth type chocolate fudge. The silky dark chocolate fudge pieces make classic petites. 

I always try to keep my recipes simple , so I choose this gooey  4 ingredients chocolate fudge, which won’t take much time .it is not only easy to make but also tastes heavenly. Just you need to melt chocolate and its turns perfect melt in mouth fudge.

This is my first entry towards foodie Monday blog hop. So as a start up I choose a perfectly decant dish .This fudge recipe is very simple and easy and perfect to add any nuts.

The best thing is, you can play with the basic recipe. You can customize  the fudge by adding any type of nut, dried fruits, candies and many more. Also you can add your favorite topping with the basic fudge like coconut, mash melon, Chocolate chips or even a layer of peanut butter.

It’s a microwave recipe and I bet making this fudge is certainly failure- proof.

So start making fudge with selection of  your favorite chocolate i.e. white, dark or semi sweets. If you don’t have chocolate, do not worry it can be made with chocolate chips too. So lets prepare this yummy fudge


  • Chocolate pieces – 2 cups

  • Condense milk – 400 ml / 1 tin

  • butter – 3 tbsp

  • chopped nuts – 1 cup


  • Prepare a 8×8” square or rectangular tin, lined with parchment paper, brush with melted butter and set aside.

  • In a microwave proof bowl take chocolate ,condense milk and butter. Microwave it on high power for about a minute. Stir once in between as the chocolate has the tendency to burn fast, so need to be careful.

  • When chocolate pieces start to melt , whisk it or stir it with a clean spatula till the chocolate pieces melt completely.

  • Else you can microwave it for 10 seconds more. Then stir and melt the chocolate completely.

  • When all the pieces are completely melt, add chopped nuts and mix well.

  • Pour this mixture in the prepared tin and spread evenly.

  • Refrigerate it for 3-4 hour till it’s firm.

  • After the fudge it settled, Lift from the pan,remove foil and cut the fudge with a sharp knife into squares.

  • keep these fudge pieces in a tight container , you can store these fudge up to 3 weeks.

  • aluminium foil can be used instead of parchment paper.

  • take any nut or mixed nuts of your choice.
