Vitamin E is found naturally in some foods, added to others, and available as a dietary supplement. Some people use vitamin E for treating and preventing diseases of the heart and blood vessels.Vitamin E is an important vitamin required for the proper function of many organs in the body.  so this time we all decide to use an ingredient that rich in Vitamin E.  Here are some exotic recipes of Healthy WELLthy cuisine.

Vitamin E is also called anti ageing vitamin, owing to its anti oxidant function. Our body, as a result of daily wear and tear produces lot of free radicals (oxidation products) which can be neutralised by including sufficient anti oxidant rich foods in our diet. All coloured vegetables and fruits , nuts and seeds are rich source of antioxidants.

Spinach is well known for its richness in vitamins and minerals and among those, vitamin E is too prominent.



Minni took spinach and made spinach soup. spinach is a  great source of iron…and above all with in numerous health benefits….it is also rich in vitamin E…
And rainy season is going on …we all love rains…but rains also bring lot of infections,flu,fever.
In all these problems…spinach plays an important role in fighting with these infections….
And above all vit E is good for skin also….

for soup you will need :

Spinach – 2 hands full
2 no -tomatoes
2  garlic pods
A tiny piece of ginger…
a little capsicum, carrit and corn


how to make ::
Wash thoroughly spinach chopped finely.

put in a pressure cooker for two whistles…
Open it and  run a blender in it.

make a  puree.
Now take a pan, put a spoon of butter.

whrn butter melts add finely chopped capsicum,carrot,beans and corns.

soute fir a minute, add salt n black pepper, pour prepareds spinach puree.

let it boil for a minute.

your yummy soup is ready in no time.

here is my stuffed capsicum . i took capsicum and stuffed those with soya granules. nothing fancy only the green bell pepper is rich in vitamin E.  This is also a favorable and exotic dish. They can be a side dish of our mid-day meal or perfect for dinner.  It seems like it took lot of preparation whereas it’s very easy to make and tastes delicious.
