Cocont ladoos are also called nariyal ke ladoos.ganapati bappa loves to have coconut ladoos. its yummy and easy to this is the season of festival in india, everyone is busy in making sweets at home. No doubt this ladoos are easily available at meethai shop but making at home is hygienic and cheaper.i am sharing a easy coconut ladoo recipe which contains only 3 main ingredients. Simple yet delicious. No artificial colour and flavor is used.



Grated Coconut                                   2cup

Condensed milk                                  3/4th cup

Desiccated coconut                            1/4th cup

Cardamom popwder                          1tsp

Ghee                                                      2tsp


Method of preparation ::

Heat a pan add ghee ,when it hot add grated coconut and stir continuously.

Keep stirring till all water evaporate from the grated coconut and it seems completely dry.

Add cardamom powder and mix well.

Add condensed milk and give a nice mix.

Cook till the mixture comes all together & leaves side of the pa.

Looks like slightly pinkish in colour.

Wait till the mixture becomes slightly warm.

Grease your hands with little oil.

Take some portion out of the dough and form round balls.

Roll this ball into desiccated coconut and keep this aside.

Repeat this procedure with remaining mixture.

Enjoy the yummy delicious coconut ladoos.
