Carrot Orange Pulao

The combination of carrot and oranges is very vibrant. It’s a 3 ingredients simple recipe that can be prepared in very less time & without fail. The awesome combination of fruit and vegetables ,  turns it into a very tasty pulao.

Sometimes when you wake up in the morning , you just feel fizzy, lazy and tired. You don’t feel good to cook anything.  So here is the solution I got, when I am not in a mood to cook anything but still want some healthy and tasty food.

Oranges are rich in vitamin C and carrots are also healthy. It is a surprising but delightful combination and perfect for kid Tiffin box.

I made this pulao in pressure cooker, as I was feeling very lazy. But if you want you can proceed in Handi or Pan . I didn’t use onion, coz that was a fasting day, but sliced onion can be added with it.
