smoothies are thick, creamy and yummy to have. smoothies are packed with plenty of nutrients. whenever your kids refuse to have fruits in their diet then blend the fruits with an interesting base ingredient, i mean milk or curd or ice cream. You can replace the fruits or can add two or more fruit combinations to make the smoothie interesting.
Dry fruits , flax seeds, chia seeds and oat can be added to the smoothie to make it more healthy. If you don’t have ice cream or if you don’t want to use yogurt to the smoothie then you can use malai (milk topping) like me. However I never use dairy products as my baby has allergic , so I always try to use almond milk or soy milk. So there are so many variations to try. choose your favorite fruit, then base, blend and serve. super easy na ??? isn’t it ?
