  1. Preheat the oven at 180c.
  2. Lined cupcake tins with paper cases.
  3. Warm up the milk and add vinegar.
  4. Wait till the milk curdle.
  5. It will take 2-3 minutes maximum.
  6. Sieve all purpose flour , cocoa powder, salt, baking powder and baking soda for 2-3 times. Keep aside.
  7. In a bowl combine pureed avocado, brown sugar, butter and beat the mixture until smooth.
  8. Pdd curdled milk and beat for a minute more.
  9. Add dry ingredients, and fold using a spatula.
  10. Spoon the batter in paper cupcakes until they are 3/4th full.
  11. Bake at preheated oven for 20 minutes until the toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  12. Enjoy these cuppies by drizzling some chocolate syrup on the top, however I like to have these in simple way.

Recipe Notes
  • butter can be replaced with any Vegetable oil.
  • If you don’t have brown sugar then 1/2 cup powder sugar will do the work.
