Eggless Chocolate Avocado Cupcakes
All purpose flour
( mashed or pureed )
1/4th cup +
Preheat the oven at 180c.
Lined cupcake tins with paper cases.
Warm up the milk and add vinegar.
Wait till the milk curdle.
It will take 2-3 minutes maximum.
Sieve all purpose flour , cocoa powder, salt, baking powder and baking soda for 2-3 times. Keep aside.
In a bowl combine pureed avocado, brown sugar, butter and beat the mixture until smooth.
Pdd curdled milk and beat for a minute more.
Add dry ingredients, and fold using a spatula.
Spoon the batter in paper cupcakes until they are 3/4th full.
Bake at preheated oven for 20 minutes until the toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Enjoy these cuppies by drizzling some chocolate syrup on the top, however I like to have these in simple way.
butter can be replaced with any Vegetable oil.
If you don’t have brown sugar then 1/2 cup powder sugar will do the work.
