Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Cut the avocados into half, remove the pit.
  2. Scoop out all the pulp from the avocadoes
  3. Blend the avocado pulp with milk till it turns smooth and no chunks of avocados left.
  4. Add condensed milk, sugar and blend for 1-2 minutes more.
  5. Remove from the blender and keep aside.
  6. To this blended mixture add lemon juice and mix well with a spatula.
  7. In a chilled metal bowl beat the heavy cream in high speed till the soft peak form.
  8. Fold the blended mixture with heavy cream very well.
  9. Once avocado mixture mixes with the heavy cream well, add chocolate chips and mix for 2 minutes till the chips are incorporated with the mixture well.
  10. Transfer this mixture to a tight container or a loaf tin.
  11. Cover with a cling wrap.
  12. Freeze it for 8 hours or overnight.
  13. Scoop out and enjoy!!!!
