Ingredients
for marinating ::
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl take all the ingredients listed under “to marinate” .
  2. Crack the egg and mix it with the marinade.
  3. Whisk well to combine the ingredients well.
  4. Add washed and drained chicken pieces to the above prepared marinade.
  5. Mix well with a spoon.
  6. Cover with a cling film; refrigerate it for 3-4 hour.
  7. After 4 hour, take generous amount of oil in a pan and allow it to become hot.
  8. Then drop few of the marinated chicken pieces into the hot oil without crowding the vessel.
  9. Fry in medium flame till they fully cook and turn crisp.
  10. Remove them onto absorbent paper, keep aside.
  11. Fry rest of the chicken pieces in batches.
  12. Finally fry the slit green chilies and curry leaves in the same oil for few seconds.
  13. Remove and mix with fried chicken pieces.
  14. Serve immediately.
