KIWI CUCUMBER COOLER

 

 

With summer season approaching near, you must start including some water-rich and cooling green vegetable in your diet to stay fit and energized. On top of drinking water, fresh juices and smoothies, eating fruit can also help your body stay energized and hydrated.

Sometimes even non drinkers wants some refreshing drinks to chill, specially in summer. During summers, we sweat a lot and this leads to dehydration. To get over the scarcity of water in the body,we really need some cool beverages to refreshed our self.

 

 

 

 

To re-hydrate the body and get over dehydration cucumber is considered as the best because cucumbers are rich in water. Cucumbers are widely consumed in summer season to beat the heat, keep the body cool and stay hydrated.
Cucumber is the ideal cooling summer food and  it is an essential part of an ideal summer diet. Crunchy, juicy cucumbers don’t just refresh summer meals rich in vitamins A, C, and folic acid .

 


Feeling dizzy and deactivated? Then this mocktails are perfect to be hydrated. This contain cucumber and kiwi.  These summer fruits not only taste great, but they also provide your body with water and a combination of nutrition, keeping your body healthy .   kiwis are packed with more vitamin C than oranges. These are definitely a great choice when it comes to one of the summer fruits that offer excellent nutrition. Kiwis are are packed with vitamin C and E, potassium, and fiber.

 

 

 

METHOD OF PREPARATION ::

  • Cucumber – ½ cup chopped
  • Kiwi – 1 no
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Juice of  –  1 lemon
  • Mint – 2 springs
  • Chat masala – 1 tsp
  • Chilled water – 2 ½ cup
  • Cayenne pepper – 1/8th tsp (optional)
  • Salt – 2 pinches

For garnishing ::

  • Few cucumber slices , lime wedges and spring of mint

 

 

 

METHOD OF PREPARATION ::

  • In a blender throw chopped cucumber, chopped kiwi, lemon juice, sugar, mint springs and salt.
  • Blend it till no chunks of fruits remains left.
  • Add chilled water and pulse for few more second.
  • Strain it and add all other ingredients.whip it well.
  • Place lime, cucumber wedges in glasses poor prepared cooler and serve with a stalk of mint leaves.
