Eggless moist raisins cake …moist means its really soft has a crunchy crust.
No flax seeds used cake…
Its a unique cake and cointains lot of raisins.
Refine flour – 1 1/2 cup
Baking powder – 3level tsp
Margarine or oil – 1/2cup
Sugar – 1/2cup
Honey – 1level tsp
Milk and water – 1cup (according to the quality of flour)
Raisins – a handful
Vanilla essence – 1/2tsp
Salt – a pinch
MRTHOD OF PREPARATION ::
Preheat the oven at 190c for 10 mintute.
Grease a cake tin and keep it aside.
Sieve all purpose flour , Baking powder and salt together for 2-3times.
Keep it aside.
Grind and Powder the sugar.
Take powdered sugar and oil in a bowl.
Beat it till the mixture turns Creamy and fluffy.
Add essence, honey to the batter and mix it well.
Add 3/4th cup of milk water mixture to the above batter.Beat a little.
Add raisins now. mix once.
Add sieved ingredients to the batter.
And fold well with help of a spatualla.
If mixture seems dry then add more milk and water mixture and fold gently..
Put this mixture in a greased baking tin.
And Bake it for 20-25 mintute.
Till the toothpick comes out clean.
